Independence day was celebrated auspiciously by the Cathedral Youth Fellowship. The national Flag was hoisted at 8:30 am by our Chairman, Rev. P. S. Ebenezer. A small gathering comprising mainly of youth members and representatives from the various auxiliary organizations were present on the occasion. Rev. Joy Masilamani and Evangelist M. P. Bernet also were present. The Independence Day message was delivered by Ebenezer achan. Laddoos were distributed to all who had gathered, after the ceremony.
